Mendi Joi Carrington is a devoted Christian who loves Jesus Christ as her personal Lord and Savior. She has faithfully served in various ministries within her church and is committed to living a life grounded in strong Christian values and principles.

Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Michigan and a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary, Mendi is licensed by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board (CSWMFT) as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

With a deep passion for helping young people, Mendi has provided counseling services in behavioral health, school-based programs, and community mental health settings. She currently specializes in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Trauma Systems Therapy (TST), helping youth overcome challenges and build healthier futures.
